The North American built BioSpreader 7020PT has finally arrived. Dutch Industries who since 1952 have been manufacturing all types of quality farm equipment for the Agricultural community is proud to announce the product to our lineup. The BioSpreader has been researched and designed through years of Producer feedback and then tested extensively with a wide range of livestock producers, wet and dry types of manure and extreme weather conditions. We also paid very close attention to the details of maximum spread pattern and spread uniformity and consistency.
The result is a manure spreader that performed exceedingly better than the leading competitor after hundreds of hours infield testing.
The powerful and heavy duty BioSpreader has been designed with the right paddles and teeth in the right locations to ensure full break up and correct distribution of manure. The easy maintenance construction and dimensions of the BioSpreader have also been carefully considered and designed to meet the needs of all producers with its quick easy load profile to accommodate skid steer loading, maneuverability in corrals, balanced hitch weight for smaller tractors, tight turning radius and the largest capacity load for the average intensity livestock operation.
The versatile BioSpreader also includes a 3 year limited warranty, ideal for hauling bales, silage, other miscellaneous materials, and a zinc coating and polyester finish to ensure long life and easy loading. But what we paid most attention to was building the BioSpreader as affordable for as many sized operations as possible without compromising our legendary commitment to “Quality for Generations”.™

” The reasons we chose to buy two spreaders instead of one larger machine was because of the increased operational flexibility. The BioSpreader gets through the gates of our pens well, its much simpler to load, its light weight which creates less damaging soil compaction, and they run quicker in the field.
Having two machines also allows us to be more efficient and productive because we can haul faster with two spreaders and stagger the fills. This allows time for clean up in the pens, feed bunks fence line, etc. Also, if there is a breakdown of one machine, everything stops. With having two machines, we have one still hauling. We also realized the fact that purchasing two machines versus one larger was not much different in price. “
